Prices Ford F-150 Lightning EV 2023 Model Increases by 11%

According to the most recent news report by CNBC, Ford Motor Company has announced that it will increase the starting price of its 2023 F-150 Lightning EV. The Ford all-electric pickup's base price has increased from its initial pricing by roughly 11%. The news source points out that the American automaker's introduction of the F-150 Lightning in May 2021 drew interest from both consumers and investors. Ford has priced it more reasonably than the majority of available electric options. When it first entered the market, the electric pickup cost $40,000. The cost of the F-150 Lightning has, however, been steadily rising ever since. Ford has since increased the price of its 2023 model as well. The starting price rose by $5,000, according to a recent Electrek report. Ford F-150 Lightning EV How much is the 2023 F-150 Lightning expected to cost? The brand-new 2023 F-150 Lightning Pro now starts at $51,974, according to CNBC in the same report, reflecting the $5,000 price increase. The starting prices for different F-150 Lightning pickups currently range from $52,000 to $97,000. When compared to the 2023 release, the electric truck's 2022 model was significantly less expensive.  According to CNBC, the price range for the current model is just $40,000 to $92,000. It is crucial to note that the taxes and delivery fees associated with this price range are not yet included. Nevertheless, the price is anticipated to be higher than the retail price.
