Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 Forfeit the S Pen Slot Design Due to Internal Space Impact

Regrettably, Samsung Electronics has now given up on trying to put an S Pen in their latest gadget, the Galaxy Z Fold 5. Following the termination of the Note series, the S Pen feature was included on the Ultra and Z Fold devices, however, the feature could have been more successful in the Z Fold series. The reports show that this was due to its impact on the interior area of the phones, resulting in greater production costs and poorer writing experiences for consumers. Since its arrival in 2019, supporters of the Z Fold series have generally desired a built-in S Pen, but their wish has yet to be denied. While a built-in S Pen is technically possible, the phone would have to be thicker to accommodate it, and this would be a self-defeating decision. While a thinner S Pen will drag down the writing experience, Samsung seemingly has no alternative but to stay with their decision to axe the S Pen feature, as per reports. While the tablet might not interest many power and casual users who adore the S Pen feature, the elimination of the capability will undoubtedly make the device lighter and more pocketable. Probably the most amazing aspect of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is its S Pen technology. Samsung is working on a new technique to improve the writing experience while making the pen slimmer. An industry insider reports the new folding gadget features a new hinge structure and internal space structure, and Samsung has opted to improve the S Pen to meet the device's form. This new S Pen technology is touted to recognize many more types of functions compared to previous S Pens. The unveiling of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has caused a lot of expectation and excitement from Samsung's faithful followers, who have been waiting for the most powerful folding tablet to be released. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 has two combined panels - a 7.6" QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex internal screen and a 6.2" HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X external screen - all of which are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus Plus glass and enable 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
