Samsung is attempting to patent a laptop with a flexible screen that folds like a book. The ASUS ZenBook Fold already has a screen that is similar, which is the issue. Samsung may be developing a laptop with two displays, according to a recent patent. Gizmo China said that Samsung might be working on a laptop with a dual display. A new patent made the company's next laptop's design, which is comparable to an ASUS model already on the market, public. The initial patent was discovered by 91Mobiles, indicating that Samsung may be developing a future laptop with a dual display.  The ASUS ZenBook Fold laptop, which already exists, was the subject of a patent application by the South Korean electronics company. A 17-inch display with a full screen on both sides, the ASUS ZenBook Fold For those who are unaware, the ZenBook Fold model is made by a Taiwanese PC manufacturer and has a foldable 17.3-inch display.  This would enable customers to utilize the device as a tablet, a laptop, or a single monitor panel. Whether users choose to fold the ASUS ZenBook Fold will determine its use case. A wireless keyboard can be used to convert a laptop into a display. The ASUS ZenBook Fold and the Samsung Patent Device Differ Significantly in That the ASUS Model Has a Physical Keyboard According to the Gizmo China story, since the patent is comparable to the ASUS ZenBook Fold, they anticipate it will have similar features. The physical keyboard is a significant distinction between the new gadget currently in the patent application process and the ASUS ZenBook Fold. The screen will be cut in half because the keyboard will occupy half of it. Although users can fully unfold it, it still won't be a whole display surface because the keyboard takes up half of the other screen. Instead of the ZenBook Fold, the Samsung Patent Device may be more similar to the ZenBook Duo. According to the publication, the gadget might resemble the ZenBook Pro Duo more closely. An ASUS laptop with two displays is called the Pro Duo. A small screen that serves as the laptop's touchpad is also located on the side of the keyboard. The device's finer points are not covered in more detail by the patent, though.
