A new version of the video conferencing software has been released, and it offers users of Samsung Smart TVs and their owners a fresh experience while using it on their enormous displays.
The firms have not yet disclosed Meet's interaction with smart TVs, and the app has not yet received a formal launch. Despite this, the software has already been made accessible on Samsung's app store so that users of Tizen-powered televisions may see if it is compatible with their specific hardware.
The new Google Meet app is available for devices, and it comes with an enhanced version of the function that is available to its customers, according to the Samsung App Store for its smart televisions.
The new update builds on the Google Meet experience and replaces Duo as the only video conferencing tool available to the general public on Google Play. Every owner of a Samsung Smart TV may now access the feature because it is also a free application they can download and install on their smart TVs.
The availability and compatibility of the TV model would rely on the user's device, something that Samsung would ascertain once customers visited the App Store.
