Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2
One of the lowest prices for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is now available at Amazon and directly from Microsoft: $144.99 ($35 off).
This premium gamepad used to frequently drop as low as $140, but the second-best price is a delightful treat now that it’s much less common.
Although it has seen some quality problems, Microsoft’s flagship controller for Xbox Series X/S consoles and the PC is still our favorite if you want a pad with useful features like four optional back paddles, software customization, and swappable D-pad and thumbsticks.
Additionally, it features an internal battery that can be recharged using USB-C, which is an improvement above the AA batteries that traditional Xbox controllers still use today.
You definitely want all of the accessories that come with the genuine Elite Series 2, even though the Elite Series 2 Core version delivers the same excellent build for less money.
Otherwise, you’ll have to spend additional money on a separate accessory bundle that includes the case, sticks, and paddles. Read our analysis.
