This new model tries to compete with popular options like the Sonos Beam by offering immersive audio technology in a smaller package. The Ambeo Soundbar Mini costs $800, making it the least expensive Ambeo model. It is also smaller than its predecessor, the Ambeo Soundbar Plus, by less than half.

Even though the Mini is small, it has 250 watts of amplification power, four full-range drivers, and two four-inch subwoofers that give it a powerful sound. Sennheiser says that this mix gives you a clear presence, powerful bass, and sharp fidelity.

3D Audio System

Sennheiser's panoramic Ambeo technology is the best thing about the Ambeo Soundbar Mini. This 3D audio system has four mics built into the speaker. These microphones are used to calibrate the soundbar to your room. The soundbar makes the most of its 7.1.4 virtual surround sound by taking into account the size of the room, objects that reflect sound, and textures. Popular audio standards like Dolby Atmos, DTS:X MPEG-H, and Sony's 360 Reality Audio are also supported. Also read - Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones on sale following AirTag deal with Apple TV 4K

The Mini has a lot of ways to connect to other devices. It has a single HDMI 2.1 (eARC) port to connect to your TV or monitor. It also has WiFi and Bluetooth, so you can play music from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, and Tidal. Through Chromecast, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and Tidal Connect, the speaker's Ambeo OS makes it easy to listen to music.

The Ambeo Soundbar Mini has microphones built in, so you can also use Alexa to give voice orders. However, you need Chromecast or AirPlay to work for Google Assistant or Siri. Knowing that you can only add an Ambeo Sub to your Ambeo setup beyond the Mini is important. The soundbar doesn't work with subwoofers from other companies or wireless rear satellite speakers. This makes it different from rivals like the Sonos Beam, which can connect to more speakers to create a full surround sound experience. On September 1, you'll be able to buy the Ambeo Soundbar Mini.
