Spigen introduces Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Case compatible with MagSafe-GadgetAny

Although MagSafe is a technology that Apple sells, manufacturers can use it even before Qi2 wireless charging takes the place of current Qi charging. For instance, Spigen has created a MagSafe-compatible case for Samsung’s most recent high-end smartphone, the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

In recent years, unauthorized compatibility with MagSafe accessories, such as the MagSafe Charger, MagSafe Battery Pack, or the iPhone Leather Wallet, has been made possible by third-party smartphone cases with magnetic rings built in. Although none of these are directly compatible with the later this year-arriving Qi2 wireless charging standard, technologies like Spigen’s “OneTap Ring” technology give Android devices a charging experience akin to the MagSafe.

With its Ultra Hybrid cover, Spigen has now added the OneTap Ring to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. For whatever reason, the business has not yet produced corresponding cases for the earlier this week-released Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S23 Plus. Though it features flexible TPU joined to a polycarbonate back plate, the Ultra Hybrid OneTap Ring case performs similarly to Spigen’s other Ultra Hybrid cases.

Spigen currently has the Ultra Hybrid OneTap Ring case on backorder for US$49.99. However, the price history on Amazon US shows that the case really should retail for US$22.99. In contrast, Spigen charges €26.99 and £26.99 respectively for the same case in the UK and the Eurozone. Other accessories, including a lens protector for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, have also been produced by Spigen for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23.
