According to reports, Tesla's mobile app will soon have release notes for software updates. Owners of EVs won't need to check their cars to see what the most recent software update adds once it starts appearing on smartphones. According to the most recent news report by Tesla North, the massive EV manufacturer's release notes for its most recent update may soon be made available on its mobile app for Android and iOS users. The online news source points out that the automaker now only releases the release notes for each software update on its all-electric vehicles. EV owners can view the updated features and enhancements thanks to it. But it doesn't seem like this restriction will change very soon. According to a recent source, the EV manufacturer is planning to make its notes on the most recent changes available on its mobile app as well. Release notes are probably on their way to the app, according to the "Dirty Tesla" Twitter user. "Coming soon, the latest release notes for your Tesla update will be visible in your app," the user tweeted. Users wouldn't have to hurry "out to the car to see what you got," Dirty Tesla continued. The Tesla App's release notes are reportedly "happening very soon." Teslascope, another Twitter account, made a suggestion about release notes for mobile devices. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, was first contacted by Teslascope with a request for release notes to be made available in the mobile app. Additionally, on November 29, Teslascope thanked Musk and the Tesla Team and stated that "this is occurring very soon." For iPhone users, the Tesla mobile app is accessible on both Apple's App Store. The app "puts owners in direct communication with their vehicles and energy products anytime, anywhere," according to the official description in the App Store.  Given that description, it is only appropriate that the release notes for its software update begin to circulate on its app as well.
