Tesla's 4680 Battery Production Rate Can Now Produce 1,000 EVs Per Week

According to Tesla, its current production pace of 4680 batteries can power about 1,000 electric vehicles (EVs) each week. The EV manufacturer lead by Elon Musk announced a recent achievement on Twitter. Tesla has reportedly hit a new manufacturing milestone for its 4680 battery, according to the most recent reports. It is important to note, however, that the major EV manufacturer has been mute for several months about the volume of battery cells it produces. The manufacturer now shares an amazing rate nevertheless, following a protracted period of silence. Reports claimed that Tesla started working on its own batteries in 2020. According to Tesla's official Twitter account, the 4680 battery cell team has recently reached a significant milestone that allows for the handling of more electric vehicles.
