The first radio station ever driven by artificial intelligence (AI), RadioGPT, is now able to operate. Amidst the rising popularity of AI-powered services like ChatGPT and Microsoft Bing, media company Futuri is now creating radio programming using AI technology. In a press statement, Futuri says that "RadioGPT combines the strength of GPT-3 technology with the AI-driven targeted story discovery and social content system." In addition, it makes use of "AI voice technology to provide an unmatched localized radio experience for any region, any format." The TopicPulse technology aids the AI-driven radio station in searching for popular news across a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook and Twitter. From there, it compiles the information and subjects that are discussed the most. There is more Intelligence technology available. It generates on-air scripts based on these trending subjects using the well-liked GPT-3 technology, which also powers ChatGPT.
