The first authentic Pixel 8 Pro leak seems to be coming from Google itself

It has become a given that we will see prototype hardware months before the company's yearly hardware showcase in October. Because of this, Google has been teasing next flagships months in advance. We didn't get a sneak peek at the Pixel 8 lineup, either, as the Pixel 7A, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet all took center stage at last week's I/O conference. It did not take long for that to alter. In what looks to be a leaked internal Google film, the Pixel 8 Pro makes its unofficial debut, as spotted by Android Police. A new body temperature reading feature is demonstrated in the video. The design of the phone is very similar to early renderings, with the exception that the three cameras are now all contained in the same glass oval that is part of the metal camera bar. And indeed, it appears to be a flat display. It appears that a new sensor is utilized for this function and is located beneath the flash. The thermometer must be used without glasses or other impediments. It's interesting to see Google exploring this kind of capability on a Pixel; after experimenting with novel features like radar on the Pixel 4, the firm has been more conservative with its most recent flagships, concentrating on camera improvements, its own Tensor chip, and AI functions. You may anticipate the company's most recent Tensor G3 silicon and even more software trickery, but they could appear a touch dull in comparison.
