Google is preparing the Pixel Tablet for an I/O launch, where it's anticipated to make its debut alongside the Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold. Now that pricing details for the first-generation tablet in Europe have surfaced, they show a lower price than that of its main competition, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8.
Currently, Google is planning to unveil the Pixel Tablet at I/O on May 10th. A new leak now offers an indication as to how much the Pixel Tablet will cost, at least in Europe, after details of the device have gradually emerged over the past few months.

The Pixel Tablet will cost between €600 and €650 in Europe, claims leaker Roland Quandt. Given that Google frequently undercuts Samsung and that the base Galaxy Tab S8 starts at €699 in Germany, this makes sense. The Pixel Tablet appears to come in two storage options, 128 GB and 256 GB, similar to the Tab S8. There had previously been claims of four color possibilities, however Quandt asserts that there are also hues called "Porcelain" and "Hazel."

Google fans can anticipate that the Pixel Tablet will have a lower price when it debuts, given that the Galaxy Tab S8 had an MSRP of US$699 when it first launched in the United States. However, the comparison of the Pixel Tablet's real hardware specs to those of the Tab S8 is a separate topic.
