The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is said to have a peak brightness of 2,200 nits.

Amidst many claims that it will not differ significantly from the existing S22 Ultra, Samsung's Galaxy S23 Ultra is proving to be an intriguing device. We already know that the mobile will include an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with faster CPU and GPU clock speeds than the standard model.
The max brightness of the Galaxy S23 Ultra AMOLED display is likely to be between 2,100 and 2,200 nits. It has a touch sampling rate of 960 Hz that can be set. It has a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) frequency of around 2,000 Hz. According to reports, the screen consumes 45% less power than its previous model.
