We’ve been dating for a few years, but it’s been a rough path so far; we’ve broken up more times than I can count.

I’m 24 and he’s 26. We’ve always had a lot of disagreements; it seems natural to us because we’ve become accustomed to doing so. It now forms a part of the connection.Intimacy

The strange thing is that whenever we split up, we get along even better when we reunite. From across the room, I can see how he makes me want to pull his clothes off right away, and he feels the same way about me.

We eventually get back together since the make-up sex is usually fantastic. For a few weeks, everything is great, but then the disputes start and I get tired of him once more, so we break up.

Everyone has told me that this isn’t normal and that I should quit the relationship and move on, but I can’t seem to do it. I can tell that my family, particularly my friends, are tired of hearing about my relationship.Intimacy

We just need to break our tendency of bickering if we’re going to be a good match, in my opinion.

All couples fight occasionally; that’s natural. But these disagreements appear to be taking over the relationship and frequently ending in breakups, which isn’t good for either party and probably isn’t very pleasant. There are many people that are sexually compatible yet are not compatible in a relationship. That might be you.

Makeup sex is always exciting, but after a while you fall into your normal routine and feel annoyed.

This, in my opinion, shows that long-term relationships require more than just sex to be sustained.

Let’s face it, you shouldn’t need to end a relationship to want to pull someone’s clothing off, because, quite simply, all this breaking up sounds exhausting.

Therefore, it may be time to admit that you are incompatible in other crucial ways for a good marriage or consider counseling to address what’s driving these arguments.

I’m afraid I tend to concur with your family and friends — it might be time to move on to a less contentious partnership where you share more interests.
