The EOS M50 performs nicely as a small all-arounder with a slightly larger sensor than its Micro Four Third competitors, able to capture 4K at 24 fps and 1080p at 60 fps. Of course, the small size and cheaper price meant giving something up.

The Panasonic Lumix GX85 is a fantastic all-purpose little camera

The Panasonic Lumix GX85 is a retro-styled Micro Four Thirds camera that fits all the functionality you may anticipate from a high-end gadget into an almost unbelievable small container. It is also known as the GX80 outside of the US and the GX7 in Japan. A former mid-range camera from Fujifilm, the X-T10 is built on the same sensor and principles as the X-T1 flagship model. The X-T10 was introduced in 2015, therefore we are already well into the year 2023. But that doesn't mean it isn't a top-notch camera. With a wide ISO range for low light situations, the 16 MP X-Trans CMOS II APS-C sensor creates photographs with a professional appearance and good lighting. The X-T10 can record video at up to 1080p 60 frames per second, however there are better options for video because it lacks in-body image stabilization. The X-T10 excels in still photography and ergonomics because of the wide range of film simulations and the abundance of configurable buttons.
