The other users of the AI model includes Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp and the company sets its eyes on extending its services with extensive rollout planning in the near future.  "Consumers will find it easier than ever to manage and improve their financial lives," the company writes on its promotional website. "They’ll be able to get personalized recommendations throughout the year, with actions they can take to maximize their tax refund and accurately file taxes in record time with TurboTax. And they’ll be given the tools to make smart money decisions throughout their financial journey with Credit Karma." Intuit expects the integration of the feature to help level the playing field for small and medium-sized enterprises - its primary customer base - which lack the resources of their larger rivals. Intuit is of the consideration that this initiative will act as a booster for its main customer base i.e small and medium level enterprises by providing them with the resources they need to rival large scale enterprises.  [caption id="attachment_192951" align="aligncenter" width="2000"]TurboTax-maker Intuit Image credit : Bloomeberg[/caption] The company said it will facilitate its clients with tax filings and provide clients faster access to refunds, apart from delivering personalized recommendations on managing finances.\ “With the introduction of Intuit Assist, we’re taking a giant step forward in powering prosperity for all. We’re creating a future where we do the hard work for small businesses and consumers to fuel their financial success, helping them achieve their dreams,” said Sasan Goodarzi, chief executive officer of Intuit. “Leveraging our vast amounts of rich data and years of investment in AI and GenAI, we’re unlocking the power of our platform to reimagine AI-assisted customer experiences.” GenOS operates within Intuit's application runtime on three levels: Initially, it can augment the user's initial prompt with real-time customer-specific data to enhance the intelligence of the prompt for Intuit. Secondly, the prompt engages with Intuit's proprietary, extensive language model to fetch a response. Lastly, if necessary, the response is further reviewed and refined for accuracy. This responsible stewardship, paired with Intuit’s investments in AI and data over the last decade, boils down to a generative AI leadership position in the consumer and small business fintech space.”
