Vall-E, a popular AI voice tech, created a fake Kendrick Lamar song that was discovered by Young Guru

The renowned engineer Young Guru recently voiced his worries over a fake Kendrick Lamar song that was discovered online and was created by an AI voice tech. Additionally, with the development of AI that focuses on images like Dall-E, Vall-E, a popular technology that mimics the voice of celebrities, has also begun to gain popularity. As of the time of publication, a fake Kendrick Lamar single demonstrates the tool's voice-mimicry abilities. Furthermore, using a voice filter, the renowned engineer Young Guru demonstrated how to make a Kendrick Lamar song from scratch in an Instagram video. The video demonstrated how the voice could be made to sound "exactly like K. Dot" by adjusting a few toggles on the filter. In addition, HipHop DX reports that Young Guru discussed the potential drawbacks of AI voice tech. His caption asked people to safeguard themselves from utilizing this particular technology by taking action and passing regulations. He continued by saying that Deep Fake and other AI technologies were equally unprotected. Additionally, in 2022, the ascension of FN Meka, a fictional rapper who never existed, was one of the obvious applications of AI technology. FN Meka was totally created by artificial intelligence, including voice, lyrics, and images.
