The brand-new GE Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense is now exclusively available from Crate & Barrel. The device can detect changes in the viscosity of the bowl's contents and modify its settings as necessary thanks to this clever function. A companion app lets you browse guided recipes, and a Google or Alexa voice command lets you operate the device.
In the US, GE Profile Smart Mixer with Auto Sense is now available. You can measure your ingredients using the device's built-in scale to reduce dishwashing. With the use of torque sensors, Auto-Sense technology can detect changes in the viscosity of your mixture and streamline the procedure. The function integrates with the SmartHQ app, where you can choose from guided recipes that outline the procedure step-by-step. The device's integrated front display provides data on the mixer's speed, timer, and ingredient weight.

The Profile Smart Mixer has a status notification light ring that flashes to show how the task is doing. The mixer will also shut off on its own when a timer expires or if it becomes too hot. Additionally, you may use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa to give voice commands to the smart mixer. According to GE, Profile Connect+ will give OTA updates that will improve the device and offer new recipes. A stainless steel bowl, beater, whisk, dough hook, and plastic shield are included with the device. The clever appliance has a capacity of 7.0 qt (6.6 L) and measures 11.3 x 14.0 x 17.1-in (287 x 356 x 434 mm).
