Who is Christopher Keeley? Man charged with killing Massachusetts couple after heated argument over barking dog

Police in Massachusetts are looking for a guy who they suspect brutally murdered a couple after they got into a fight over a noisy dog. According to the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office, 27-year-old Christopher Keeley is wanted for fatally stabbing 70-year-olds Carl and Vicki Mattson. State police and Marshfield police are working together to find him. Officers were asked to check on their well-being on Tuesday night and ended up finding their bodies inside their home on Gotham Hill Drive. Timothy Cruz, the district attorney, said that both had been fatally stabbed and beaten.

According to CBS Boston, Keeley was staying at the couple's house as a favor for a family member, but she had lately been asked to leave. According to reports, he claimed that the argument about a dog's barking started the attack. Additionally, according to court records obtained by the station, he confessed to the friend that he had recently felt the urge to hurt people, including the Mattsons. The friend called the police and asked them to check on the couple's welfare because Keeley had been acting strangely lately and was in possession of knives.
