You Can Access Fitness+ Even Without Apple Watch Starting Monday

On Monday, Apple is rolling out an iOS 16.1 update which allows you to access it through Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad without an Apple watch. Along with the iOS 16.1 update, Apple is launching an iCloud-shared photo library, in which all group members can share, delete, edit, etc. With this new update, charging enhances charging with the availability of cleaner energy sources to reduce carbon footprint. It will be available for iPhone 8 or later models and has some features that were not available in iOS 16 which was launched in September.   Fitness+ is a service that offers meditation and guided workouts with a subscription fee of $9.99 per month to $79.99 for a year. The company is offering a free three-month subscription with iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV purchases. Apple Fitness+ However, without an Apple watch, you will be unable to see calories and heart rate. Apple says, “In your region, the iPhone will try to reduce your carbon footprint by selectively charging when lower carbon emission electricity is available. The iPhone learns from your daily charging routine so it can reach full charge before you need to use it.” Apple Fitness+ You can create an iCloud Photo Shared library in place of an iCloud album which lets you add five to six people where items can be edited, deleted, added, etc. It will come with a toggle through which you can send photos and videos to the shared library automatically With this feature turned on, all the participants can send pics and also view the album. Once the iOS 16.1 update is complete, the lock screen shows Live Activities with info on sports, ride-sharing details, and other app updates. It is useful for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max as it comes with an on-display allowing you to glance without unlocking the screen. Apple Fitness+ From Monday, some apps will appear and some later on as developer adoption is needed. The new update will add support for “Matter” accessories in the Home app for users to control home accessories. The Matter is a connectivity app designed to use all of the home accessories together with ease. The idea is to connect home gadgets to home hubs, whichever brand the hub belongs to. The main purpose is to be able to buy any smart accessory, as long as it is supported by Matter, without worrying if it will work with the home system.
