Ring, the company behind everyone’s favorite home security cam, finally unveiled its Ring Car Cam at CES.
The dual-facing device is equipped with a pair of wide-angle HD cameras with Night Vision, ensuring it can capture detailed driving footage in all conditions.
It’s fitted with Two-Way Talk & Live View, much like the traditional Ring doorbell, allowing users to speak with anyone in the car directly from their smartphone, which seems like a much safer alternative to talking on speakerphone mid-driving.
It also features a built-in privacy cover that allows users to lock its cabin-facing camera, which automatically shuts off the device’s microphone.
The Ring Dash Cam mounts easily & sits on an arm that provides the optimized height to record inside & outside the car.
