GadgetAny is open to backers globally. Anyone from any part of the world can pledge to a project if they own a credit or debit card.

Project creation is currently available to individuals or businesses with a Stripe account in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States, provided they meet the following criteria:  

1. You are 18 years of age or older.*
2. You are creating a project in your own name or on behalf of a registered legal entity with which you are affiliated.

*People under the age of 18 can launch projects only in cooperation with an adult or guardian who meets the above-listed criteria. The adult will need to verify their identity with Stripe, connect their Stripe account with GadgetAny, and assume responsibility for the fulfillment of the project as outlined in our Terms of Use.
