Being the winner is astounding, to say the least, because more than 180 exhibitors from Australia and across the world submit entries to the competition. Who decides Campos is the town’s top coffee roaster? A panel of knowledgeable industry professionals, including renowned roasters, green bean buyers, trainers, and educators active in the specialty coffee field, independently judges entries.

In addition to winning the Champion Australian Roaster trophy, the company’s yet-to-be-released Colombia Santa Monica coffee also received a Best in Class Trophy for “Best Immersion Coffee – Single Origin.”
