Apple’s Battery Replacements Are Getting Costlier

If you don't have an iPhone 14, you should quit putting off changing your battery. On a number of iPhone models, Apple is about to raise the cost of out-of-warranty battery replacements. It will cost $69 if you have an iPhone 13, 12, 11, or X, or $49 if you have an iPhone SE, iPhone 8, or an older model to have Apple replace your battery straight away. However, starting in March, these costs will increase by $20, making battery replacements for more recent full-screen versions $89 and for older models $69 respectively. The price increase does not apply to the iPhone 14 range; the cost of replacing its battery remains $99 at this time. Purchasing an unapproved part, which Apple disapproves of, is definitely your best option if you don't want to pay so much for your battery replacement. If the original battery still has at least 80% of its original capacity, AppleCare+ also offers a free battery replacement. You probably won't be able to save that much money either way; the company's self-service programme is nearly as expensive as having the item replaced at Apple; additionally, it may increase in March, nullifying any possible savings. It's time to get your iPhone's battery changed if it has to be replaced before the price increases.
