After failing to "fall in love with" her $12 million Calabasas house, Britney Spears is apparently preparing to sell it. The gigantic 11,650 square-foot property cost the 41-year-old singer and her husband Sam Asghari $11.8 million when they bought it back in June. Additionally, the six-bedroom house, which Justin and Hailey Bieber formerly owned and is located in the same neighborhood as her ex Kevin Federline, has a wine cellar and a theatre room. The property also has a relaxing pool and is decorated with elaborate chandeliers and furniture. Furthermore, Britney is reportedly hoping to sell the property this year since she "hasn't fallen in love with the new home," according to sources close to her. In addition, the insiders told TMZ that the celebrity needs to adore her new house after living in conservatorship for 13 years.
