Ciara and Russell Wilson sang carols for children at the Children's Hospital Colorado

Children's Hospital Colorado children received a wonderful surprise from Ciara and Russell Wilson. The Grammy-winner, 37, and the NFL player, 34, visited the hospital's Seacrest Studios on Tuesday and spent time with the kids there. The Seacrest Studios is a broadcast media facility sponsored by the Ryan Seacrest Foundation. Additionally, the pair invited the children to join them as they sang seasonal favorites like "Jingle Bell Rock" and "Deck the Halls" during their visit. The celebrations were live-streamed into the patients' rooms for those who couldn't attend in person. In addition to singing carols, the couple read their book Why Not You? to the children and participated in a photo meet & greet. Furthermore, the "Like a Boy" singer and Wilson showed their delight in a video shared with PEOPLE before entering. The "My Goodies" singer stated, "We are going to do what I love doing every year. We're going to carol a little with the kids and bring them a little holiday cheer." Wilson added, "She's going to do the singing and I'm going to do the cheerleading."
