That seems to me that what we actually saw was an artist's rendering of what Horizon's legs might ultimately look like rather than a demonstration of what they would truly look like. Mark Zuckerberg made a significant statement on Tuesday at Meta's Connect conference: the company's Horizon VR app's avatars would soon have legs. All of it might have been for show. An unnamed Meta representative reportedly stated that the "part contained animations developed from motion capture," aimed to "allow this preview of what's to come," according to UploadVR editor Ian Hamilton. That seems to me that what we actually saw was an artist's rendering of what Horizon's legs might ultimately look like rather than a demonstration of what they would truly look like.For those who've been wondering about the legs shown in the Connect keynote (@hrafntho).
