Bill Gates reportedly owns a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 that Jay Y. Lee, the chairman of Samsung, gave to him as a gift. He continues by explaining that he utilises a lot of Microsoft software on it. Gates' statement that he did not need to use a tablet because of the Fold's 2-in-1 form factor was a beautiful finishing touch. The vehicle of choice for Bill Gates is not altogether unexpected. Recent Microsoft hardware initiatives have focused on 2-in-1 devices like the Surface line. Furthermore, the fact that Gates drives around with a foldable phone says a lot about Microsoft's smartphone lineup. Speaking of which, information about the Surface Duo series as we know it being discontinued just surfaced. The majority of sources indicate that Microsoft will use foldable technology in its upcoming smartphone. Given how special the Duo was in the big picture, this transition is justified but also a little frustrating. Simply put, there was no smartphone like it. However, many people who are lured to productivity devices like foldables. Bill Gates appears to be a common example. He might soon switch from Samsung's Galaxy Fold to a Microsoft foldable, though.
