Ebanie Bridges smashes the internet with her naked photo that almost got her banned

When it comes to photo shoots and selfies, Ebanie Bridges is not afraid of the camera, but one particular pose almost got her banned for "breaking the internet." The IBF bantamweight world champion, who will defend her title in December against fellow Australian Shannon O'Connell, has reposted the image with a minor change. The school teacher turned champion boxer, shared the snap on her Instagram story to her more than half a million followers with the caption: "That photo nearly broke the internet this New Years and nearly got me banned." The Blonde Bomber later shared pictures from her training as her camp continues, adding the hashtag #HatersGonaHate and three weeping laughing emojis to the image. Bridges entered the UK scene in 2021 after narrowly losing to Shannon Courtney. She went on to defeat Bec Connolly and Mailys Gangloff before defeating Maria Cecilia Roman to claim the title. Her next battle will be a bloody duel against fellow Australian O'Connell, who has won 23 of her 30 matches overall and now has an eight-fight winning run. "I don’t like the way Ebanie has gone about things," said O'Connell during a virtual press conference hosted by Eddie Hearn on DAZN. "If you look back 10 years ago we never got recognized, we went to all the amateur tournaments and paid our own way, there was no respect in the sport for women. "Everyone has worked so hard to gain that respect. Doing things the way Ebanie has done them has brought back down." Bridges took issue with the comment and replied: "So you don't actually think I'm working hard?
