Elon Musk plans to reclaim the title of richest person in the world

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, is expected to reclaim the title of the richest man in the world, according to the reports.
Recall that he recently lost the title to French billionaire and luxury retailer Bernard Arnault. Musk is the first person to lose $200 billion, thus this is a first. Yet things appear to be changing dramatically now.
In the past two weeks, Tesla has increased by 70%. This has had a favorable effect on Musk's wealth, which is now $191 billion. The difference between him and Arnault, according to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index, is $1 billion.
According to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Gotta gave around $1.95 billion in Tesla shares to charity, according to the reports. The Tesla CEO gave out approximately 11.6 million shares between August and December 2022. Yet, the names of the receivers or beneficiary organizations were withheld.

Musk currently holds 13% of Tesla. Musk contributed approximately $5 billion to charity in 2021, it should be noted. Musk has also made a point of publicly expressing his support for a number of causes and movements, such as the battle against climate change. He has also supported the creation of sustainable energy sources and space travel.
Musk has also taken a leading role in the creation of renewable energy sources. He is a fervent supporter of renewable energy sources including wind and solar energy. Musk launched The Boring Company, which focuses on creating underground transportation systems to lessen traffic congestion and air pollution brought on by cars, in addition to making charitable contributions.
Also, he contributed $100 million to OpenAI, a business that conducts research on artificial intelligence and seeks to develop ethical and safe applications of AI that nonetheless advance humankind as a whole.

Additionally, he contributed $1 million to the #TeamTrees campaign started by YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson back in 2019 and millions more this year through Tesla's Reforestation Program, which aims to reforest areas that have been destroyed by wildfires around the world, including Australia, following last summer's devastating blazes.

Musk also promised to contribute $100 million in 2020 to a reward for the creation of carbon capture technologies that could help slow global warming. As it removes extra CO2 from the atmosphere and stores it underground or uses it to make valuable products like fuel, carbon capture is a crucial instrument in the fight against climate change.
Additionally, he has made significant investments in renewable energy sources like solar energy, which he thinks will be crucial for moving away from fossil fuels and cutting global emissions. Even better, he founded his own business, SolarCity, which offers solar panel installation services all throughout America.
