With watchOS 9, Apple Watch users can quickly see the degree of an exercise's intensity by viewing heart rate zone data.

Heart rate zones will be defined, their use during exercise, and how to access the data on your Apple Watch will all be covered.

What Are Heart Rate Zones?

Five separate heart rate zones exist. Zone 1 is the lowest, and Zone 5, at the highest, displays the most strenuous training.

Heart rate zone information can be used in a variety of ways, including to increase the effectiveness of your activity and to push yourself while exercising. At a faster heart rate, you will undoubtedly burn more fat, but you won't be able to keep up the intensity of the activity for as long.

To get the best workout possible, you should balance your heart rate and workout intensity.
