The inverted pantograph system is also used on buses operating on the all-electric route 132 between North Greenwich and Bexleyheath. Inside, the tram buses have USB chargers, Wi-Fi, Braille buttons, luggage racks, and passenger information. TfL says that if the 358 route is successful, it will roll out more electric tram buses on all other London routes in the future. In London, approximately 850 electric buses are currently in use for public transportation. TfL has pledged to have a zero-emission bus fleet in London by 2034 in its Bus Action Plan, and it says that with additional funding, it may be able to move the target forward to 2030.Game-changing.
