Last month, Mark Wahlberg disclosed his rigorous exercise schedule and admitted to dialing it back so he could sleep in until 3:30 a.m. rather than 2:30 a.m. Additionally, in a recent interview, he talked about his stringent diet and fitness routine and revealed that he fasts intermittently for 18 hours every day. Moreover, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Mark stated, "I don't have to do as much cardio. I don't have to spend as much time in the gym and I feel like I'm getting better results." In addition, the award-winning actor claimed that despite rising early, he still gets enough of sleep. He told the magazine, "I go to bed at 7:30 - I always get eight hours." On another note, Mark revealed that is the most productive when he follows his pattern consistently. He also claimed that after waking up in the morning, he immediately starts working out rather than eating. Additionally, the actor adopted an 11,000-calorie-a-day diet for the film Father Stu last year, which dramatically changed his body. Speaking about the experience, he said he didn't enjoy having to eat every three hours.
