Mark Wahlberg is working out more hours at the gym in preparation for Christmas, and it appears that his efforts are paying off. After posting a video of his ripped body on Instagram, the 51-year-old received a barrage of comments from followers saying he appeared to be over thirty years younger. In the video, Mark showed off his massive muscles before striking his training buddy Tom Dowd in the stomach. "We got a new bag in the gym," the actor joked. He captioned the clip: "Nobody was hurt making this video!! @bigdealdowd can handle it!" Furthermore, Mark's incredible abs left many in awe, prompting one fan to remark, "Really hope I look like this at his age." Another user commented: "Bro's ripped like his in his 20's," and a third said: "Age just number," and added the clapping hands emojis.   Mark Wahlberg, 51 Meanwhile, another wrote, "Oh my my Mark. Moreover, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Mark stated, "I don't have to do as much cardio. I don't have to spend as much time in the gym and I feel like I'm getting better results." On another note, Mark revealed that is the most productive when he follows his pattern consistently. He also claimed that after waking up in the morning, he immediately starts working out rather than eating. Additionally, the actor adopted an 11,000-calorie-a-day diet for the film Father Stu last year, which dramatically changed his body. Speaking about the experience, he said he didn't enjoy having to eat every three hours. Lastly, Mark acknowledged that regaining his toned physique would be challenging and claimed he needed to put in more effort to get his abs back.
