PC Building Simulator 2 is still under construction: Gamers Alert!

PCBS2 is a simulator game that focuses on appreciating the everyday. Ordinary folks don't stress over the distinctions between an NVMe SSD and a 2.5-inch hard drive or the finer points of GPU voltage control, but PC fanatics do. In PCBS2, just like in the first game, you are in control of a dilapidated computer repair business. The fact that you have to walk your character over to an in-game computer to access your email and other programs could appear a little strange if you haven't played the original PCB game.  Each tutorial walks you through the finer details of managing your firm by gradually assigning increasingly challenging tasks as you acquire experience.  The lesson will show you what to do the first time you meet a particular job. Unfortunately, if you forget how to perform something, there is no simple method to go back and review thse tutorials. You take on tasks like dusting off outdated PCs, overclocking CPUs, or creating custom desktops while staying within your client's budget.  The jobs eventually turn into a reading comprehension exercise, exactly like the first game. Each email contains optional requests that, if fulfilled, provide you access to higher-level positions.  The largest improvement in PCBS2 is probably customization, which allows you to turn any desktop into an ugly gaming icon. Any PC can be customized using layered arrangements of vinyl skins, individual stickers, and spray paint.  Although more vinyl wraps and decals will become available to you as you level up, there is presently no ability to use any custom assets, which is frustrating.
