Players In Warzone 2.0 Are Being Shadowbanned For Too Many Kills

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 has a long list of problems, and a brand-new bug has just emerged. Many players have expressed their displeasure at being mistakenly shadowbanned and placed in lobbies with cheaters. In contrast to conventional bans, shadowbans don't actually remove your account from the game. Instead, it is impossible to enjoy the game because a shadowbanned account is put into lobbies with other players who are thought to be cheaters. Activision has introduced the shadowban option while players are being looked into because Warzone 2.0 is free-to-play and it is simple for a user to just create a new account to continue cheating. Players have complained about being shadowbanned in Warzone 2.0 without cause. Even worse, according to users, if you score 10 kills in a game, you'll be shadowbanned and disconnected. Players must wait a number of days for Activision to review and reactivate the account, according to this. Being punished for being skilled at the game is a very different beast than being shadowbanned for no apparent reason, which is already upsetting. It makes sense that players are concerned about this problem given that Warzone 2.0 makes it difficult to accumulate 10 kills in a single game. The worst part is that Activision has yet to provide the public with any kind of update regarding this specific issue, just like it has with other problems. Along with the forthcoming Season 2 update, which debuts in February 2023, players are looking for a remedy. As of right now, we advise playing it safe in Warzone 2.0 because you might be kicked after accumulating 10 kills.
