You Can Now Edit Your Instagram DMs!

Instagram messaging experiences are about to get even more convenient and customized. The platform is introducing several new features aimed at improving your direct message (DM) interactions. Some of the interesting new features include editing typos, pinning significant conversations, and customizing your sticker library. These upgrades bring Instagram's messaging features closer to those available on other popular platforms such as iMessage. Here's a breakdown of the new features: Edit Messages: No more sending typo-filled messages or second-guessing yourself. As with iMessage, you may now edit any message within 15 minutes of sending it. Simply press and hold the message, then choose "edit," and make your modifications. Pin Important Chats: You may quickly access the discussions you have most often by pinning up to three chats to the top of your inbox. By doing so, you can rapidly navigate to your close circle without having to browse through your complete list. Control Read Receipts: Choose the appropriate moment to notify others that you have seen a message. More control over your privacy is available by allowing you to set read receipts on or off for individual or all of your discussions. Save Favorite Stickers: No more searching through countless sticker alternatives! Now, all you have to do is tap and hold on to your preferred stickers to store them. Your favourite stickers will now have their own area, making it simpler to locate and utilize them in subsequent discussions. Instagram users who primarily rely on direct messages for communication may like these upgrades. While some of these modifications are similar to the current iMessage capabilities, they surely improve the overall Instagram messaging experience by making it more convenient and user-friendly.
