The extreme overclocker "CENS" used EVGA GeForce RTX 30 GPUs to set a new world record. The reason why the RTX 4090 GPU is not SLI-compatible may have some gamers questioning why old generation is still at the top of the list. Due to their most potent configuration, dual RTX 3090 Ti GPUs are used in all current world records. The Port Royal benchmark yielded the most recent 3DMark world record. CENS had previously been able to break every 3DMark world record; however, the Port Royal presented the final obstacle. He achieved a score of 36730 points using an overclocked RTX 3090 Ti, surpassing the previous record of 36335 set by South Korean overclocker "biso-biso". He used an Intel Core i9-13900K processor and increased DDR5 memory's speed to 8400 MT/s to accomplish this. It goes without saying that extremely effective and unusual cooling is necessary for the 3DMark world record. In this instance, pots for liquid nitrogen were included with both EVGA RTX 3090 Ti graphics cards. Cards were overclocked to a 2550 MHz boost clock in terms of clocks. That is 31% more than the 1950 MHz clock on the EVGA KINGPIN and 37% more than the standard clocks from NVIDIA. The actual frequency in the real world was 2715 MHz. The journey started in Dec 2022 when we met at EVGA HQ for a week of overclocking when I was able to hit the WR in the new 3DMark Speedway during EVGA’s charity live stream with nvidias “next gen gpu”. Fast forward four months adding the WR in Port Royal was the last puzzle piece for my personal goal of achieving all major world records in 3DMark to this date (TimeSpy Extreme being my favorite one). I’m extremely grateful for all the support I’ve been given from the team at EVGA and K|ngp|n himself who inspired me to follow this path throughout the past two years. This is my attempt of giving back to honor the memory of VGA dominance at EVGA. – CENS

Additionally, later on, we might witness RTX 4090 Ti world records. Currently, this world record is 13% slower than the RTX 4090 that is the fastest single card. Higher power and more CUDA cores are more than capable of handling that.
