GeForce RTX 4070 is confirmed by NVIDIA in a performance comparison

In the run-up to its planned debut later this month, the company has now mentioned the GeForce RTX 4070 and its possible performance. During the past few months, there have been multiple GeForce RTX 4070 desktop leaks. For instance, in a recent Gigabyte Control Center changelog, Gigabyte included a reference to the GeForce RTX 4070 and the GeForce RTX 4060, which it has since removed. The undisclosed 70 series graphics card is now being compared to the GeForce RTX 3060 and the GeForce GTX 1060 in a slide that NVIDIA shared with The Verge. Photo Credit: Engadget The GeForce RTX 4070 was compared to two 60 series cards rather than the GeForce GTX 1070, GeForce RTX 2070, or the GeForce RTX 3070, but it appears that NVIDIA has not stated why. But, according to the manufacturer, when NVIDIA Reflex is enabled, the GeForce RTX 4070 will have a 27% reduced latency than the GeForce RTX 3060. When compared to the GeForce GTX 1060, the difference widens to 53%. The NVIDIA Reflex latency enhancement now only gives a 20% improvement for the GeForce RTX 4070, but 31% and 35% improvements for the GeForce RTX 3060 and GeForce GTX 1060, respectively. The GeForce RTX 4070 is anticipated to be officially unveiled by NVIDIA on April 13. The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti's AD104 GPU, with 5,888 CUDA cores, lower clock speeds, and the same 12 GB GDDR6X VRAM, is reportedly on the graphics card at the moment.
