Horny couple fined $205 for having sex on beach while children played nearby-Video Surfaced

Authorities in the Atlántico department on Colombia's Caribbean coast fined a couple who were discovered having sex on the sand. On Sunday, September 11, sunbathers at Puerto Colombia's Marimar Beach were horrified to witness the shameless couple having sex in the open.   I thought he was going to turn her on her back, the man who appeared to be filming the naked couple shouted in the video. Then a nearby female added, "She must have been drugged, right? Surely she's on drugs, right?" In the brief viral video, the couple can be seen continuously rotating around in the water.

The couple was on the Praia do Forte beach, surrounded by other sunbathers, yet seemed to be totally preoccupied with themselves. A man was seen lying on top of a woman in the social media video that went viral. The male was seen moving his hips forward and backward.
