Additionally, it makes it simpler for you to discover which of your Facebook friends are already on Instagram and for your Facebook friends to find your Instagram page. You'll need to use your Meta Accounts Center to complete a few easy procedures if you'd want to keep the two social networks separate. Even though this is convenient, some users might not like it, so there is also a way to disconnect these two accounts. So, let's look at how to remove Instagram's connection to Facebook and get rid of all posts that were shared on Facebook.

How to Remove Instagram From Your Facebook Profile

First, you'll need to get Instagram up and running on your phone. Then you should do the following:

How to Delete Instagram Posts From Facebook

If you don't want your Instagram posts to show up on your Facebook page, you can do so in one of two ways. The first way is to delete all of the photos in your Facebook album for Instagram by hand. If you have a lot of pictures, this could take a long time. The other way is to use the Activity Log to delete them. This is where Facebook shows every response, share, comment, tag, and post that you or another user has made on your timeline. Here's how to use your Activity Log to delete Instagram posts that you shared on Facebook.
  • Choose the ellipsis (...) from your user interface.

Mark all of the ones that Instagram shared and then tap the Trash button in the lower right corner of your screen. After 30 days, Facebook will move all the pictures to the trash and delete them on its own.
