Is Chris Evans' Captain America is better than Anthony Mackie?

The MCU's star-spangled defender of Earth is Captain America. During World War II, Steve Rogers was initially given this moniker. Finally, however, the cap brought it into the modern era and elevated it to a symbol of virtue. After Avengers: Endgame, Steve put the shield away and handed Sam Wilson, a dependable friend, the duties of Captain America. In the 2021 film The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, audiences witnessed Sam fully transition into the position of Captain America. But who is the better hero to wear the moniker, Sam or Steve? Actor Anthony Mackie recently expressed his opinions. Chris Evans' portrayal of the patriotic hero would be "better" in a Men's Journal interview. Sam Wilson's performance as Captain America will be "different," the actor was keen to point out, adding that "there's no secret serum:" "Mine won't be like that. Even though Sam is a superhero, he is not a superman. Additionally, Mackie admitted that he has a particular soft spot for the Hulk. When asked which Marvel character he liked best, he responded that he had "always wanted to be The Incredible Hulk." The Capt. America actor acknowledged his stuntman, who takes on any tasks Mackie cannot complete.  He is not picking Captain America as a favorite. However, it's admirable to see Mackie maintain his modesty and refrain from pitting his Captain America against Evans' Steve Rogers. This would go against the character's essence.   Mackie has a long history of acting in Marvel films. He will have played Sam Wilson for ten years before "New World Order" is published. Sam Wilson made his film debut in 2014's Captain America: The Winter Soldier and has since become a mainstay of the MCU. The ideal candidate to take his place was undoubtedly Steve. Sam is straightforward and level-headed, much like Rogers. However, his sense of right and wrong is also powerful. It'll be interesting to see Sam eventually take the helm of the Avengers, which will likely happen in the upcoming 2025 Avengers movies. Fans may watch Sam Wilson's "different" Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney+ until Marvel Studios' Capt. America: New World Order arrives in theatres on May 3, 2024.
