Apple and Other Smartphone Vendors
Apple is not on the list of smartphone vendors on the OLED Era page, even though it is one of Samsung’s biggest customers. There is also an option titled Others, but unfortunately, you will receive the following message after clicking on it – ‘Sorry. It is difficult to check the model you have searched.’
It is unclear why Apple is not named in the list. However, it is possible that Samsung considers Apple to be its biggest rival in the smartphone market. Hopefully, Samsung will update the list in the future to include Apple, and we will keep our readers informed if and when this happens.
Samsung’s new OLED Era page makes it easy for you to check if your smartphone has a display made by the Korean company. By following the simple steps outlined above, you can find out if your smartphone has a Samsung display or not. While Apple is not included in the list of smartphone vendors, we can hope to see it added in the future.
