The appliance uses 3D circulation technology and can heat food from 104 to 392°F (40 to 200°C). The air fryer can be managed with Xiao AI voice commands or through an app, where you can also browse recipes that work with the kitchen appliance. In China, the 4.5L Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer has just been released. The device's broad temperature range of 40 to 200°C (104 to 392°F) makes it perfect for grilling, baking, defrosting, fermenting, and air frying. The temperature is reached rapidly thanks to an effective 1,200 W heating unit, and 360° circulation lessens the need to flip food while it cooks. Additionally, a temperature sensor with a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) enhances the accuracy of the cooking temperature in the oven. The white countertop appliance measures 251 x 335 x 304 mm (or 9.88 x 13.2 x 12.0 in) and has a built-in display that shows the temperature and mode.
