In China, the 4.5L Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Fryer has just been released. The device's broad temperature range of 40 to 200°C (104 to 392°F) makes it perfect for grilling, baking, defrosting, fermenting, and air frying. The temperature is reached rapidly thanks to an effective 1,200 W heating unit, and 360° circulation lessens the need to flip food while it cooks. The business claims that the 4.5L size of the air fryer makes it perfect for a family and that the appliance can run for up to eight hours. The white countertop appliance measures 251 x 335 x 304 mm (or 9.88 x 13.2 x 12.0 in) and has a built-in display that shows the temperature and mode.
