Maserati revealed the first look at another new car in 2023 by providing official photographs, just as consumers are anticipating the upcoming battery-electric vehicles like the Grecale and GranTurismo Folgore.
Prior to the GranCabrio's scheduled formal debut early in the next year, Maserati reportedly shared the GranCabrio's official pictures.
GranTurismo's convertible model is this. These two cars are the first ones to use a fully electric powertrain.
According to Maserati, the GranCabrio prototypes have already started the preliminary testing for upcoming improvements, which was carried out in Modena, Italy.
The company noted that driving on roads, tracks, and other different stage conditions is also part of the testing.
All of these were carried out so that the manufacturer could collect as much data as possible to maximize GranCabrio's fine-tuning before manufacturing started.
According to the source, not much information was revealed beyond the photographs that were made public, but we can anticipate the launch of this spacecraft in 2023.
Specifications of the GranCabrio
According to a report from Car Scoops, the GranCabrio is anticipated to include engines that use a twin-turbo V6 that is considerably quieter.
It has a 3.0-liter engine that generates 483 horsepower (360 kW/490 PS) and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque, allowing it to accelerate from zero to sixty miles per hour (mph) in 3.9 seconds.

However, because this is a convertible vehicle, there will be an extra weight that could reduce acceleration. However, the report claimed that it is undetectable.
GranCabrio will have an additional 8.8-inch touchscreen in addition to its 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster and 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen.
