(Image credit- Samsung Newsroom) Samsung has released the much-awaited Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition, which is a limited edition of the recently introduced smartwatch. The bezel of the Astro Edition smartwatch has a pattern that is inspired by an astrolabe.  Now what are astrolabes? Astrolabes are historic instruments that have been used to know the position of stars at night. Furthermore, it aids travelers and scientists in keeping track of time and navigation.

Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition- Aesthetic Display

The revolving Black Astro Bezel, however, truly captures the astrolabe design concept.  Also, the Astro edition enables the display to be surrounded by twinkling stars and heavenly bodies imprinted on it. The short video contains moving objects that can be seen if you pay close attention. In addition, a crescent moon can be seen at the second hand's tip. The Astro Edition is more than just a facelift, as Samsung also included two features that are tied to stars. Trackers for amateur astronomers to follow the sun and moon phases are located on the left side of the redesigned watch face. A simple compass complication is located on the right side. Although, for many people, they are not the most important features but nonetheless pleasant inclusions.

Limited Edition Watch with Limited availability

The MENA (Middle East/North Africa) region is the only place where this smartwatch is now offered, so despite how lovely it may appear, getting your hands on one will be difficult. Samsung chose the location for the inaugural launch because it made significant contributions to science there, "particularly astronomy and mathematics." The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition is available in a single size (47mm) and has an "Astro Bezel" that shows constellations, stars, and other celestial objects. A compass complication on the dial and lunar/solar phases are two more astrolabe-inspired features that Samsung has added to the smartwatch's software. With the use of the watch's unique watch face, users may track movements of the sun's and moon's motions right from their wrist.
