Just before 5 o'clock in the afternoon, a fight broke out among a group of customers inside the Brandon, Florida, company, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. According to the sheriff, a woman drew a revolver from inside the building entryway while a private security guard separated the fighting groups outside the Chuck E. Cheese and moved them into the parking lot. The guard struggled to take the woman's gun from her hands, and somewhere during the struggle, the weapon dropped on the parking lot floor. The sheriff claimed that a second woman picked up the gun and fired at least one cartridge into the air. There were no injuries from the gunshots. According to the office, after she misplaced the pistol, a third woman seized it and put it inside a light-gray Chevrolet Traverse. The sheriff reported that in addition to the three female suspects, a male suspect who was involved in the brawl was also detained.
