Stay Tuned For PlayStation Showcase 2023 That Is To Air Before June 8

Image Source: Twitter Before Geoff Keighley's recently announced Summer Game Fest 2023, Sony will stream a new PlayStation Showcase. At least, that's what well-known writer Jeff Grubb believes, as revealed on Twitter a few hours ago. Grubb's list of planned events does not include a specific date; he merely stated that Sony's event will take place before June 8. This tweet follows the disappointing news that E3 was canceled due to a lack of interest in the physical event.. The event "just failed not gather the continuous attention required to execute it in a way that would reflect the size, strength, and effect of our business," according to its organizer.

Nonetheless, his projection doesn't seem too far-fetched, considering last year's Sony showcase took place in early June, just before Keighley's Summer Game Fest 2022. If this is true, it seems natural that Sony would show off more from Spider-Man 2 as well as some much-needed details about Naughty Dog's planned standalone multiplayer project.
