What Is Android Health Connect?

In May 2022, Google IO announced Health Connect. Following their collaborative efforts on Wear OS 3 for the Galaxy Watch 4, Google and Samsung collaborated on Health Connect as well. Some examples of data that can be synchronized with Health Connect are as follows:
