Who is Flint? Anger grows as teacher boasts about showing kids books on BDSM, orgies, Grindr, and dildos

Parents are criticizing a California high school teacher for boasting to their thousands of followers on TikTok about their "queer classroom library" given that many of the books contain sexually explicit content. The teacher uses they/them pronouns and goes by the name Flint online. In a recent video, Flint unwrapped a box of brand-new Pride flags and discussed how their queer-focused library has helped students who are "figuring out who they are." “People get really mad about my queer library. I have like 200 titles that are specific to the LGBT community that I've been curating for over eight years,” the teacher said in a 90-second video. “Don't get me wrong, my students love that library. It has been very helpful for many students figuring out who they are, how to relate to their peers.” Parents and relatives of students in the district are furious over this video and the many others that have been placed on Flint's page. “There shouldn't be porn allowed in classrooms,” said David Averell, a parent in the district who spoke with Fox News. “What was in the classroom pretty much made me sick.” Everyone has free and unrestricted access to reading in the classroom library that the English and film teachers have set up. Previous district authorities said that the books could only be borrowed by kids taking part in a certain extracurricular activity. One of the books in the transgender teacher's library mentions FetLife, a social networking site for the "kink community," and discusses BDSM in "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Being Trans." “I find the BDSM/kink community to be extremely open-minded and welcoming in every way; it's a place of sexual liberation,” the book says according to Daily Mail. “There is often more blanket level of acceptance of transgender people within the kink/BDSM (bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism) scenes and sites such as FetLife.” The library also has a book called "This Book is Gay" that might contain characters as young as 14 years old. In the book, topics like the gay dating app Grindr, anal, "girl on girl" sex, dildos, and strap-ons are covered. [caption id="attachment_68490" align="aligncenter" width="744"]Fint Flint's queer library has many books which have explicit content for teens[/caption] “We all want to have sex with loads of people,” the book states. Even more specifically, it describes in detail how many guys, "gay or straight," appreciate the sensation of their prostate glands "when massaged." “Let's talk about dildos: I think a lot of people assume that where there is no penis, a desperate sexual void is created, out of which something [bleep] shaped must ultimately slot in order to satisfy,” the book states. “I've only every slept with two women who enjoyed using dildos. I hate wearing a strap-on. I've only every done it once and NEVER AGAIN!” The book also discussed "bath houses" or saunas, sex parties, and orgies. Saunas, often known as "bath houses," are widely spread throughout the nation and are completely legal. People pay to join, take a short sauna session, then engage in some impromptu sex (many saunas host lesbian evenings). Once more, as long as you're safe, this is acceptable. Another book in their library discusses the custom of "tucking," or hiding one's penis. It also addresses the stigma against prostitution known as "whorephobia." The district claimed in a letter to parents and families that it is investigating Flint's textbooks and determining their "appropriateness." The district stated in the note, which Fox News was able to get, "We are aware of a news article questioning the propriety of books that were in a student club library." "The referenced books are not educational materials; they were made available through a high school extracurricular club." The letter stated that "we have started an evaluation of these works, which are not currently available to students." The district further added that it does not "endorse the personal statements of any individuals speaking in their capacity as private citizens."
