A Chinese source leaked the camera details of the iPhone 14 Pro, which is due to arrive in September 2022. As revealed over the past months, Apple will increase the size of the camera in iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. As disclosed earlier this month, the 12 MP camera will become a much more significant 48 MP shooter.
The recently leaked camera details of the iPhone 14 Pro models claim a brand new sensor. As a result, it reportedly boasts a physical size of 1/1.3-inch and 1.22-micrometer native sensor size. Hence, the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro will produce 12 MP images by default due to the four-in-one pixel binning.
Moreover, the new leaked measurements make the sensor similar to the 50 MP ISOCELL GN1 with minor differences. Many devices like Meizu 18s Pro, Vivo X70 Pro+, Google Pixel 6, and Pixel 6 Pro are equipped with GN1.
